Seed Capital is an archive of photogram’s created with seeds from endangered native grassland plants grown in my backyard. During the pandemic my practice transferred from site-based work to making prints by directly exposing plant matter onto photographic paper in my darkroom.

Created with seeds from Hoary Sunrays, Blue Devils, Billy Buttons, Drumsticks, the New Holland Daisy and Everlastings – the photogram’s reflect the value of an ecosystem, a seed bank, a potential for renewal, future grasslands.
